Located at 8240 E 41st St in Tulsa, Mr Luckys Pub & Grill stands out as a vibrant hub for bar enthusiasts, pool players, and anyone looking for a welcoming night out. This local favorite blends the classic pub vibe with an energetic atmosphere, making it much more than just a place to grab a drink—it’s an experience that keeps patrons coming back.
Step inside, and you’ll immediately notice the well-maintained pool tables, which bring a sense of camaraderie and friendly competition to the space. As Scott Wilson points out, the bartenders here are not only skilled but genuinely warm and approachable, enhancing the comfortable, homey feel. Smoking is allowed inside, but it’s well-balanced so it doesn’t overwhelm the atmosphere, giving smokers and non-smokers alike a pleasant experience.
The drink selection highlights classic bar staples with appealing crowd favorites like a crisp Yuengling Lager and the ever-dependable Crown and Coke, perfect for sipping between games or during karaoke nights. For those who enjoy crafted cocktails, bartenders like Thomas are known for their inventiveness and personalized drink creations, making each visit feel special and tailored.
Hungry guests won’t be disappointed. Mr Luckys’ menu offers delicious, budget-friendly options ranging from a satisfying Butterfly Shrimp Sampler Platter—complete with mozzarella sticks, fried mushrooms, jalapeno poppers, and crispy onion rings—to simpler snacks like Chips & Salsa or French Fries with Cheese that perfectly complement the drinks. The sandwiches, such as the classic BLT and hearty Patty Melt with mustard, cheese, and grilled onions on rye, are straightforward yet flavorful choices that hit the spot.
Regulars and visitors alike praise the atmosphere as vibrant and inclusive. Odddnon, a pool player from out of town, praises the clean tables and friendly players, calling Mr Luckys his go-to Tulsa destination. Michael Lab highlights the pub’s dynamic offerings—a great sound system, weekly karaoke, pool leagues, and tournaments—that create a lively, engaging environment. Brandon Shoemaker’s passionate endorsement sums it up best: it’s not just a bar, but an institution where good times and cold drinks flow in harmony.
What truly elevates Mr Luckys Pub & Grill is its genuine community vibe. The bartenders’ hands-on approach and the owner’s presence contribute to a welcoming space where everyone feels like a regular, even on their first visit. This is the kind of place where memories are made over a perfectly poured beer, a well-struck pool ball, and the friendly buzz of conversation.
For anyone in Tulsa looking for a bar that combines great drinks, excellent food, friendly faces, and top-notch pool action, Mr Luckys Pub & Grill is an essential stop. It’s more than a bar—it’s a spirited gathering place that truly knows how to keep the good times rolling.
Well, if you like to play pool and have a cocktail this is the place to go. All the bartenders are super nice! The pool tables are well kept. You can smoke inside but it doesn't feel smokey to me but I smoke so....
As a pool player from out of town, it's hard to find great spots that are completely accommodating in all areas. Food is cheap but EXCELLENT. Pool playing environment is fantastic as the tables are clean and players are very friendly. 100% will play here when I'm in town.
Was in from out of town and was treated as if I was a regular. Had great sound system, karaoke during the week and multiple pool tables. Also have pool leagues and pool tournaments during the week. Don't worry if you get hungry, they have a great selection of food and are adding things all the time. Top notch wait and bartending staff and a hands on owner made for a few very personable visits. Can't wait till my next visit.
Listen up, Tulsa, because I’m about to drop the most legendary review for Mr. Lucky’s Pub & Grill, a place so damn epic it could make a bald eagle shed a tear of pride. Nestled at 8240 E 41st St, this isn’t just a bar—it’s a freakin’ institution, a hallowed ground where cold beers flow like rivers, pool tables hum with competitive swagger, and the karaoke mic is a scepter of glory. And at the heart of this badass haven? Krystal, the bartender who’s basically the goddess of good vibes, slinging drinks with the precision of a ninja and the charm of a rockstar. Buckle up, because this review is about to go harder than a mosh pit at a Metallica concert. Walking into Mr. Lucky’s is like stepping into the coolest dive bar in a Tarantino flick. The vibe is gritty yet welcoming, with a horseshoe bar that screams, “Sit down, grab a brew, and let’s make some memories.” The place is alive—pool balls clacking, darts flying, and the jukebox or live band (or, hell yeah, karaoke on Tues, Thurs-Sun) pumping out tunes that make you wanna raise a glass to the good life. It’s loud, but not “scream over techno” loud—just the right kind of noisy where you can still shoot the shit with your buddies or flirt with a stranger. And the best part? You can light up a cigarette inside, because Mr. Lucky’s is the quintessential Tulsa smoking bar for the 41st/Memorial crew. Now, let’s talk about the real MVP: Krystal. This bartender is a straight-up legend, the kind of person who could pour a perfect pint blindfolded while cracking a joke that’d make you spit out your drink. Krystal’s got this uncanny ability to make you feel like you’re the only person in the room, even when the place is packed tighter than a can of sardines on St. Patrick’s Day. Need a drink? She’s already sliding a frosty $1.75 draft or a $5.50 pitcher your way before you even finish asking. Want a gummy bear shot with a little gummy bear floating in it like a tiny boozy mascot? Krystal’s got you covered, and it’s not too sweet, just pure perfection. I swear, she’s got a sixth sense for what you need—whether it’s a quick refill, a sassy comeback, or just a nod that says, “I see you, you’re good.” She’s the kind of bartender who makes you wanna tip your whole damn wallet. The food? Oh, man, don’t sleep on the grub. I had the corned beef and cabbage lunch, and let me tell you, it was a revelation. Piles of tender meat, perfectly cooked potatoes, carrots, and cabbage that’d make your Irish grandma weep with joy. It’s a far cry from the overpriced, fatty nonsense I choked down somewhere else last year. The onion strings and mozzarella sticks are straight-up addictive, too—crispy, golden, and begging to be paired with one of Krystal’s expertly poured beers. And the prices? They’re so reasonable you’ll wonder if you accidentally time-traveled back to 1995. Five stars ain’t enough—this place deserves a damn constellation.
I love Mr. Luckys! Thomas, one of the bar’s talented bartenders really helps create a friendly and welcoming environment! He makes and invents the best drinks and shot ever!! Have a flavor idea? Tell him and he will come up with something delicious!!
Mr Lucky’s is my favorite pub. Krystal is a wonderful bartender with a sparkling attitude. Pool tables are freshly recovered.
